And they corrected things that were wrong, which is really great to hear. I know some builders are shit about that, so it's good to know it wasn't a nightmare to get them fixed. Their whole family was over and no one did anything and didn’t care at all that her selfishness was ruining an Xmas for another family. Tatum Brown execute their projects with a passion for detail and they know how to keep a project on track. Everyone from management to the superintendents to the design team are readily available and easy to communicate with. I think we'll probably stay North of the city, versus going to the opposite end. Waterloo in Edmond is probably the absolute furthest North we'd go.
